Corona-Virus Update

Hello Owners,

This email is to inform all that as we start our transition back to normal, we will go back to our 30 day policy for all reservations.

The 30 day policy is that any changes or cancellations must be done no less than 30 days prior to the check in date. If a change or cancellation is made less than 30 days, a penalty may be incurred.

Covid – 19 Restrictions


Unless it is an emergency, we will not be entering the room. For any emergency guests must not be in the room. Non-Emergency issues will be handled by case. 


If you have towels or linen you would like exchanged, please be sure to have it in the laundry basket provided, bring the basket to laundry room. Linen will only be exchanged; we will not be re-making the beds. Laundry not in the basket will not be exchanged. If you need toiletries or paper goods, please let us know when you exchange linen. Place trash outside your door for pick up.

Full Services will not be done for anyone staying only one week, if you are staying multiple weeks please schedule your service with the front desk with 24 hour notice. Full services not done on Saturday. 


Please check the activities book for changes. All activities are being done with modifications and restrictions for social distancing in mind. If you have questions or wish to sign up, please call the front desk.


We will not be carrying chairs out to the beach, all equipment will be sanitized after each use.


To keep our staff safe, we will continue to do all reservations via phone, email, or fax.
