Dear Owners,

On September 8, 2018 we had our very important meeting with our engineer and contractors for our major concrete restoration project. The four contractors that submitted bids had time frames to complete the work from 6 months to 11 months plus allowing about 30 days for rain dates. We chose SPEC to do the work because they said it will be their only job and will be able to do it in a 6 month time frame. We have adjusted our closing dates to reflect that from August 3, 2019 to February 1, 2020 plus some rain dates if needed. The total cost of the project is approximately $1,600,000. We have utilized all funds from reserves we possibly can.

The special assessment to our owners will be $423 for a one bedroom and $525 for a two bedroom due January 1, 2019.

We are allowing preferred and fixed week owners to book anytime we are open for the 2019 year in order to keep things fair. The exchange company Dial and Exchange is offering a week for $200 plus for a week in their inventory if you need a week when we are closed. Contact Tropic Shores for more details.
